Cancellation and Refund Policy

Blue Horizon Villa, Pool Villa in Ao Nang

At Blue Horizon Villa – a private luxury pool villa in Ao Nang, Krabi – we understand that travel plans can change. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for all our valued guests booking a tropical stay in southern Thailand.

By confirming a reservation at Blue Horizon Villa Krabi, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. Cancellation Terms

Short-Term Stays (up to 27 nights)

  • Full Refund:
    For bookings at Blue Horizon Villa Ao Nang cancelled 14 days or more before check-in, a 100% refund will be issued.

  • Partial Refund:
    For cancellations made 7–13 days prior to arrival at our private pool villa in Krabi, a 50% refund applies.

  • No Refund:
    Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, including no-shows.

Long-Term Stays (28 nights or more)

  • Full Refund:
    Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival receive a full refund.

  • Partial Refund:
    Cancellations between 15–29 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund:
    Cancellations within 14 days or less before arrival, or early departures, are non-refundable. The first 30 nights of any long-stay at Blue Horizon Villa Krabi are strictly non-refundable once the stay begins.

2. Reservation Changes

  • Guests may request date changes for their Ao Nang villa stay, subject to availability:

    • Minimum 10 days’ notice for short-term stays.

    • Minimum 20 days’ notice for long-term stays.

  • Seasonal pricing and rate differences may apply for new dates.

3. Non-Refundable Rates

  • Occasionally, Blue Horizon Villa Krabi may offer non-refundable promotional rates.

  • These discounted bookings cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Early Departures & No-Shows

  • Departing early from your Krabi private villa stay does not entitle you to a refund.

  • No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

5. Force Majeure

Should unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions) prevent your arrival to Blue Horizon Villa Ao Nang, we may offer flexible rebooking based on availability and circumstances.
Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.

6. Payment & Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

  • All banking fees, currency differences, or transaction costs are borne by the guest.

7. Bookings via Third-Party Platforms

  • Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms are governed by the cancellation terms listed on those sites.

  • Blue Horizon Villa Krabi is not responsible for discrepancies in platform policies.

8. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in at our luxury pool villa.

  • It will be returned within 7 days of check-out, pending satisfactory property inspection.

9. Event Bookings

  • Special conditions apply to guests booking Blue Horizon Villa Ao Nang for events (e.g., weddings, parties).

  • These require direct communication and approval.

10. Travel Issues Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for flight cancellations, missed connections, visa issues, or personal travel interruptions.

  • Our cancellation policy remains valid in such cases.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your stay in Krabi, Thailand.

11. Policy Changes

  • This policy may be updated by Blue Horizon Villa Krabi at any time.

  • Changes apply only to future reservations.
